
The piece is displayed draped to exaggerate its fluidity and to mimic my constant change of emotions in its movement. Here one can walk under and around, exposing both sides of the fabric, one side with cleaner lines and the other stating the chaotic nature of the mark-making process. I kept these loose threads uncut as I felt this quite perfectly expressed the multitude of fleeting, but ever existing, emotions experienced with each line I sewed.
